Keto Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 cups heavy cream (divided into 2 cups and 1 cup)
• 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1/3 cup Besti Powdered Monk Fruit Allulose Blend
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or unsweetened coconut milk beverage for nut-free)

Method:

• Melt the butter in a large saute pan or skillet (not a saucepan!) over medium heat.
